Direct Market Access
Subscribers may connect to FMX UST via the following methods:

Co-Location | Subscribers may co-locate their servers and equipment within the same data center as FMX UST. |
Point of Presence (POP) | A low-cost way to quickly establish local connectivity for a subscriber. This is accomplished through network handoffs in strategic data centers. |
Secure Internet | Site-to-Site VPN. |
Extranet Providers | Subscribers may connect through an extranet provider. |
Vendor | Subscribers may connect through approved and certified vendors |
The FMX UST platform has the requisite Risk Controls to enable user’s compliance with the SEC Market Access Rule requirements.
Onboarding
Subscriber Eligibility
• Subscribers are granted access to the trading venue only if they satisfy FMX UST eligibility requirements, complete on-boarding documentation, and execute a Trading Authorization (`TA') document.
• FMX UST may ask for additional documentation and information to verify the identity of a prospective subscriber and/or its principals, beneficial owners and control persons.
• FMX UST, in its sole discretion, may approve or reject a subscriber's application. FMX UST will not grant access to retail customers.

Credit & Risk
FMX UST Credit Limits are measured by the long-bond-equivalent (“LBE”) metric, which expresses the net 30-year UST notional equivalent.
